It is well known to us that enterprise's management conditions in 21TH century change greatly. With such great change, the competitions among the enterprises are becoming increasingly furious. Under the new conditions leading by E-business, Internet , high-technique and new ideas, it is becoming an important issue how the old conventional industries face the challenge of new economy and pursue their own continuous development. The intelligence lock company the writer works for is a small-middle business of conventional industries. The company mainly manages in the production and sales of hardware locks. This is a labor-dense and old tradition business with low technology contents and entrance rampart. Quantities of production factories in this industry make the products with the similar quality, less profit margin and furious competition. In view of brand superiority of Group Corp, and its own accumulations in the past ten years, the company has some market share in door lock market. But the company hasn't a leading product in scale. Meanwhile, it hasn't its own sales net and ranks since it was only a cost center of Group Corp., before. It relies on the Group Corp., to carry out external and internal trade. On the other hand, since the company was born out of old original state enterprise with heavy burden, the staffs are short of enough sense of responsibility, urgency and crisis with dim market idea and old thoughts. And they are also short of enough enthusiasm and go-ahead. In the recent years, the enterprise confronts increasingly management trouble under the impact of Southern individual producers and false products. The writer does a deep analysis about the problems and faults in management activities with Yantai Intelligence Lock Company as the research subject in the MBA paper .In the meantime, the writer points out the further development strategy to pursue deep development according to its own resource condition, organization capacity and management circumstance.The paper is divided into four chapters. The first one is the introduction of company background. At first it does a brief introduction of Group corp., about its development course and market position and influence of "Tri- Circle" brand. Secondly, it does a brief introduction about the development course of Tri-Circle Intelligence Lock Company. The second chapter is about environment analysis. It tries to pursue continuous development strategy by means of analyzing the key factors which can guarantee the enterprises to be in good condition. The paper mainly analyses macroscopic management background by PEST, carries out the organization analysis of competition circumstance by way of POTER-five-factor competition model. And it also analyses the resource and strategic capacity of the enterprises. It supplies the base for further development strategy by deep analysis. The third chapter is about the development strategy of Tri-Circle Intelligence Lock Company. With the environment analysis as the base, the paper points out the general development strategy .The fourth chapter is about enforcement of strategy. It mainly states the basis rules of enforcement of strategy and the key issue in the course of carrying out strategies. They are strategic agreement, strategic reform management and human resource management, and its products strategy, its own brand, OEM strategy, marketing strategy, enterprise culture strategy, enterprise information strategy by means of strategic evaluation. It finds out the problems and challenge that the conventional industries must face to under the new economic conditions. And it also points out the suggestion how the conventional small-middle enterprises heighten their core competition ability and enhances the knowledge to the important part of strategic management.
