Decision Support System For Small And Medium-sized Concrete Manufacturers Build

The subject on how to improve the management level of the mid-small scaled concrete enterprise is studied by the numbers in theory and practice. It is an important method to resolve this problem by optimizing organization structure and operation method of the mid-small scaled concrete enterprise based on using decision support systems.In the first chapter of this thesis, the whole structure , key content of this thesis and my major job in this thesis was introduced clearly.In the second chapter of this thesis, the situation of the mid-small scaled concrete in china enterprise is analyzed carefully. It is necessary to imply the Decision Support Systems which is an important way of concrete enterprise for improving management level.In the third chapter of this thesis, the Decision Support Systems is described, and the structure , mode and some technologies of the Decision Support Systems are also studied. The mode that are suitable for the concrete enterprise have come into being.Chapter four gives two examples of building engineering, the reason for why the mid-small scaled concrete pay little attention to information management is explained well, and the importance of using Decision Support Systems is analyzed well.Chapter five gives a detail study on how to imply Decision Support Systems in mid-small scaled concrete enterprises, forecast the difficulties which they will meet in using DSS and outlook their futures.
