Tourism Crisis Information Management System For A Preliminary Study

Recently, various frequently occurring crises have brought great losses to various subtle industries. Tourism industry is a typical industry as this kind. In order to help tourism organizations solve crises efficiently, the thesis introduces crisis management theory (CMT) and information management theory (IMT). And also forms tourism industry crisis information management system (TTCIMS) on the basis of analysis of literature and the research on the spot.The thesis defines the concept of tourism organization in a totally new point of view on the research at home and abroad and using the concept as the basis of the whole system. Tourism industry crisis means all things unanticipated that can threat the development of the tourism organization in an area. The thesis puts forward the classifying system of tourism industry crisis according to the actual conditions of solving SARS in China, and discusses the function of TICIMS. In the discussion, using "5W" method probes into the standard design of every subsystem is the emphasis. At last, starting with the development level of tourism industry crisis, the thesis brings forward staggered functioning mode of TTCIMS. The innovation of the thesis is the idea of the system forming, the design of subsystem and the staggered functioning mode, etc.Researches that related to this subject is few, and owing to the limit of the author, the research of mine is only a beginning. The microcosmic lay research of TICIMS and the support technology should be deepen and consummate more.
