| With the unification of the global economy and with gradual perfection of Chinese market and economic system, so the comprehensive ability of the managers' group is very important.Through analyzing the current situation and environment of the travel industry in China, the author thinks it is necessary to cultivate the market of professional manager in tourism. This paper analyzes the cultivation emphasis of the professional manager, with the purpose of offering some constructive suggestions to strengthen competitive powering tourism.The system of professional manager in tourism should be completely introduced into China. In this paper, we explore the origin and the development of professional manager and analyze the quality they should have. This paper thinks that cultivating the professional manager should consider the following five factors: the choice of professional managers (personnel), the development of the system, credit establishment, the planning, credit establishment and incentives. And we should adopt measures accordingly for cultivating the market of the professional manager in tourism. Furthermore, the problems and solutions are discussed in this paper.This essay concludes that the appearance of the professional tourist manager is the result of the marketization, and only through the exchange in the market the value of them can be actualized, and that the price of tourism managers should be decided by the law of supply and demand on market, instead of administration power. Only by doing this, the specialized and modernized management in travel industry could be guaranteed; the cultivation of the market of professional management in tourism is a cornerstone to realize this purpose.The research, on the cultivation of the professional tourist manager, ison the initial stage. This paper presents five new perspectives as following: 1. to regularize the promotion of professional tourist manager. 2. to plan the cultivation of the professional tourist manager, 3. to regularize the credit of professional tourist manager as a supervising mechanism, 4. to evaluate scientifically the professional manager. 5. to introduce the successful experience of the developed countries, such as adopting the payment system of future shares. |
