The marketing strategy of enterprise is very important for its development because of the change of environments and the acute competition. If the corporations pay little attention to marketing, it will be hard for them to live in the environment full of competition. Based on the corporation the author worked, by analyzing of the external environments and the internal conditions. The thesis analyzes the present condition of the fuel industry, and forecasts its trend of future development. The thesis concludes the strengths and weaknesses of Hebei Fuel Group Corporation has, and the opportunities and threats that.it faces. This thesis also discusses and designs the marketing strategies with emphasis, and the marketing objectives, such as STP strategy, business units' development strategy and marketing competitive strategy. The thesis also delivers the marketing tactics, such as the foundation of a market-driven marketing organization, 4C marketing mixes and the running of offer conducting.
