Road Transport Service System Evaluation Index System

This article starts from the necessity of establishing evaluation index system of RTSS (Road Transport Service System). First, it defines the RTSS on theory and on the basis of this, it analyses the contents and developing situation of RTSS, points out the chances and challenges of RTSS. Second, and the most important part of this article, is the analysis of the nowadays development and problems of RTSS. In this part, it uses system and engineering technology to build up the evaluation index system of RTSS.Evaluation index system includes social evaluation index, technological evaluation index,economical evaluation index and environmental evaluation index. At last, it comes up with the future object and the measures of RTSS.
