Firstly, the dissertation reflects some problems in staff incentive of Shanghai Kerry through a case analysis of staff satisfaction. It indicates the view that company should find all kinds of ways to improve staff's motivation and efficiency by meeting their needs in order to realize the company's objects.And then, the dissertation carries out a series of methods to establish the staff incentive system of Shanghai Kerry. The way of research includes the combination of theory and practice. It analyses the action of HR management, such as job analysis, compensation, performance assessment, career development and training, and how to result in more effective incentive by above methods.The job analysis of Shanghai Kerry aims at creating a good working environment, working condition and working itself, by which we can find the right person for the right job and make staff keeping working activity to improve their working motion, creative ability and efficiency.The salary system is established to attract and keep the person who is necessary in reaching the company objective. We know that salary will have a great effect on emotion, activity and ability, so it is designed to keep fair outer and inner, award the good job performance.Also they think that a perfect-designed performance assessment is invaluable. It can strengthen the strategic business plan by concentrating on the staff performance during the progress of carrying out the plan. From the program of assessment, person will know what the company would like them to do, furthermore, keep their action conform to the development of company.That the company help the person to realize his dream is the best way of management. Career development is very important in personal life. If the organization offer staff instruction and help them make a progress, they will reward company by sincerity and high performance. So we will take training and career development as a method of incentive to improve efficiency.Finally, the dissertation makes a forecast and analysis of the effect of the Shanghai Kerry's incentive system. We think that the degree of satisfaction will be high if he can get the care from the company, and a satisfied staff will delivery active attitude and high quality service to the customer , which will take the development of the company to a high level. Besides that, we also believe that the thoughts and methods of incentive in this dissertation will be useful to other company.
