For modern enterprises,human is the most precious recourse. Only giving a full play to its advantages in human recourse,can the enterprise survive from the intense market competition. With the approaching of the knowledge economy era,the high technology competition tends to be more and more fierce. The enterprise ought to apply varied motivation measures in its management and business activities if it wants to obtain more advantages in the market competition. What is Motivation? Motivation generally refers to the willingness degree of an organism in pursuing some ascertained goal. Motivation is to stimulate people's internal potential,explore people's development ability and motivate people's initiative and creativity. In the enterprise activities,the essence of the management is to handle human relationships and its core is to motivate the subordinate. Where there is the motivation in the enterprise,there is the cohesion. The large scale manufacturing of the modern enterprise needs its staff to join together and work with high efficiency. The implementation of the motivation policies could not only combine the enterprise's goals with the employee's individual benefits,but also link up each scattered and separate employee so as to produce the optimum integral beneficial results. By using motivation means,the manager could excavate the passion hidden deep inside the staff's heart. Passion exerts tremendous effects,which lie in promoting the enterprise up to a more prosperous development stage as well as saving the enterprise from adversities.Management is regarded not only as a science,but also an art,and the work of leadership is totally an art. It is said that leadership without motivation is leadership of no art as management lacking of motivation is management without any art. Motivation possesses a vital position in management,especially in personnel management.The writer of the paper carries out systematic analyses on the problems existing in Jiajin Company's internal motivation system and puts forward corresponding feasibility plans. Based on the motivation theories,the writer combines the theories with the practical situation and provides suggestion and plans for those problems faced by Jiajin. In this paper,the writer depicts the importance and the functions of the motivation system in modern enterprises and explains how Jiajin Company gains more competition advantages through the improvementand the implementation of motivation system. The application of ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) and stock options is also discussed in the thesis. During its previous development,Jiajin has never paid enough attention to the internal motivation system,which,in return,causes the problem of high employee flow rate. The paper,in respect to the enterprise characteristics of Jiajin Company,designs new motivation system for the company and puts forward the idea of applying ESOP and Stock Options as part of the company's motivation system.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part makes brief introduction on the modern enterprise internal motivation system. The main content includes the importance and the necessity in establishing enterprise internal motivation system,motivation theory models and basic measures of motivating employee. The second part of the paper looks back Jiajin Company's development history and makes an introduction on Jiajin's employee motivation system. In the third part,the writer systematically analyzes the problems in Jiajin's internal motivation system. The writer conducts research on the fairness problem of the company's compensation system and the influences brought to Jiajin's development by the high staff flow rate. Concrete suggestion is made in the fourth part of the paper on improving the company's internal motivation system. In addition to the new compensation motivation plan,the part also introduces the concept of flexible benefits system and it strengthens that more importance should be laid on the staff's spiritual treatment and further enhancing the staf...
