Inner Mongolia, Central And Western Dairy Industry Cluster

In the new century, the innovation and the spread ways reform of knowledge and technoledgy have greatly strengthened the communication ability and enhanced the internal control ability of transnational corporations,and global production division system is taking shape. At the same time,more and more experts and policymakers realize that the industry cluster rooted in a specific districts sesses more and more important effect on a nation's competiton ability.International competive pressure makes government take actions on the management of industry organizations and development of the industry clusters. For Inner Mongolia,especially in the middle and west part, the dairy industry cluster has came into being.At present,how to guide its development and strengthen its competitive advantage is the essential problem for the local government and the enterprises belong to the cluster.Through the methods of standard and practical research,this text firstly clears the concept of industry cluster and summarizes the theory achievements of home and abroad exports,then points out the guidance effect of the theory to the development of newborn dairy industry in inner Mongolia.Next from the practical angle ,the text describes the present situation and development and current problems of the dairy industry cluster in inner Mongolia middle and west districts with the case of leading enterprise and analyzes the present development stage of the dairy industry cluster in inner Mongolia middle and west districts.Finally the text gives a corresponding policy suggestion to solve the difficult problems .The dairy industry cluster in the middle and west area of Inner Mongolia now is in its production factors-oriented developing stage ,but its foundation is still insecure,and innovation ability is still not enough.The knowledge of government to the dairy industry cluster is inadequate,and the influence of government to the dairy industry cluster is weaker. So government should constantly enlarge the fund input to support the dairy industry cluster and perfect its value system.
