What promote the regional economic development? Whether it is promoted by gradient evolvement or simulated by mainstay industries, which as the regional economy's increasing pole or by other modes is still a hot issue that the regions and countries of the world are continuously exploring. The formation and development of the industry cluster district is a good answer to this question. As special area characterized with industries gathering has competing advantages, which other regions can't compare with and those competing advantages can promote regional even national economy. So the study on the industry cluster district has theoretic and practice meanings.The full text is divided into five parts: the introduction defines the district where industries gathered and discusses the importance of the study; the first chapter clarifies the scientific meaning of the industry cluster district and expounds the theories of industries assembling. This chapter also divides the special area into different types; the second chapter analyzes the typical industry cluster district from economic direction and has drew important conclusion; the third chapter studies the applying of this theory on the distribution adjustment of Chengdu's industries and makes appraise.
