As we can see from the course of corporate development, competition among companies has become the matter of corporate culture, especially in today's world for companies to collectivize and products to be homogeneous. Excellent corporate culture has a great influence on many aspects, providing employees with many opportunities, appealing to the talents, and creating the competitive advantages for the company. On the contrary, incompatible corporate culture will hinder the way for companies to make progress. This paper begins from the meaning of corporate culture and tries to make the basic concepts of corporate culture clear in the first part, including the concept, structure and character of corporate culture. Then the paper makes an analysis of the relationship between corporate culture and corporate operation and we can draw a conclusion from the case and management theory that corporate culture does have effect on corporate operation, either positively or negatively. Next, we get to know current situation of culture building in Chinese companies. Of course, Chinese companies have gained some successful experience. Furthermore, the paper gives an example of the corporate culture system of Ping An Insurance, Ltd. and shows the readers the appearance and building approach of excellent Chinese corporate culture. The paper points out many problems and misconceptions about corporate culture in this part. And according to such situation, emphasis is laid on the study of corporate culture building in China. How to establish the objective, content and guideline of culture building? The paper puts forward a practical plan for culture building in detail, including the diagnosis, design, implementation of culture and makes many feasible suggestions on how to improve the system of corporate spirit and value, such as perfecting the communication channels, being conscious of the risk, and satisfying the customers.
