In the modern society, economic globalization has accelerated the demand all kinds of talents, and more and more enterprises have realized: the key competition between the enterprises is the competition of talent in the market economy. So enterprises should strengthen the human capital investments, in order to obtain high-efficient repayment of the investment. At the present, the state-owned enterprises play a decisive role during the socialist construction and national economic development. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the state-owned economy has become stronger and stronger increasingly, but the reality is that the state-owned enterprise has suffered amount loss. Which is the basic reason that causes the difficulty of state-owned enterprise on earth? Besides the reason of the economic system, more and more experts have realized that one of the reasons is that many enterprises are short of the human capital investment. So it becomes very import that we study the human capital investment based on state-owned enterprises status. According to the above reasons, the title of this thesis is "The study on investing human capital based on the state-owned enterprises". This thesis seeks for the reforming and developing direction to the state-owned enterprises based on the human capital investment. In this thesis, it is one of the basic studies that researching the theory of human capital investment systemically and the theoretical frame of the human capital investment on enterprises, and the other is analyzing the problems on the human capital investment and finding out the method to settle those problems. According to the framework of the full thesis, it is composed of the preface and the main body. The author expounds the studying focus and the studying backdrop in preface, in order to make the good matting the next argumentations of the text. And the text is divided into four parts:The first part sums up the relevant theories of human capital investment. At first, the author analyzes the similarities and the difference between the human resources, talent resources, human capital and the material resources; and then expatiates on the five characteristics of the human capital briefly. The second part is about enterprise's human capital investment. The human capital investment, regarded as one of the concrete forms of human capital investment, means that the enterprises as the subject of human capital investment invest on human resources in order to strength enterprise human resources individual's ability and the organizes' efficiency, add the production, and reach the maximum both economic benefits and social interests. Because the goal of the investment in enterprise is different from individual, the family or the government, the range, content and emphasis to human capital investment of enterprise will be all different from the other investment subjects. This thesis has explained emphatically that educates and training is the focal point of human capital investment of the enterprise among the modern society. As to the investing efficiency, the human capital investment of the enterprise should not only enhance their own value of the enterprise, but also bring the positive effect for enterprise staff and whole society. In the end, the author enumerates some developed country instances of human capital investment in enterprise in order to verify the outcome which the enterprises gained through educating, training the human resources.Part three introduces the human resources investment status in our state-owned enterprises.
