Shanghai Downtown Development Of Community Economic Thinking

The community economy which hasn't been made a systematic study in the world is a kind of special economic phenomenon. The development of community economy in our country started lately. In particular, the community economy in city that undergoes the curved growth maintains exuberant vitality and unique potentiality. In recent years, community economy has taken an important role in promoting the city development and strengthening the community construction. Enter the 21st Century, the mission of economic development and community administration has been more arduous day by day. It is of momentous theoretic and practical significance in studying the community economy.This thesis is divided into five chapters. Besides explaining concept and basic features of community economy, the chapter one also compares the differences of community economy development between the area home and abroad on the basis of introduction about conditions. In order to stressing the significance of studying community economy, the chapter two puts great emphasis on analyzing the characteristics, effects and developing course. Firstly chapter three introduces two economic modes of community economy at present. Then it analyses the strength, the weakness, the opportunity and the threat on developing community economy at the area of current Shanghai center city by the strategy managing SWOT analysis method analysis tool. From different angles, the chapter four analyses on the successful development modes of the three areas in Shanghai center city. The chapter five put forward the proposals on the target location, the missions and the main enforcement paths about to develop the community economy in the area of current Shanghai center city. At last in chapter five, the author has thought about the role of the government in developing the community economy.The author tried to show the whole appearances of the community economy in Shanghai center city by completed system. After analyzing on the growth courses, the features, the questions and the effects on the community economy, the thesis puts forward the proposals on developing the community economy in Shanghai center city.
