Since entered WTO, financial machinery industry has been facing many challenges. There is also a scarce chance. Financial enterprises are the main clients of financial machinery industry. In near 5 years, China's policies are still offering some supports and defenses for industry's interests. But later, market will be fully opened. Anshan Julong Automation Machinery Ltd. (i.e. Julong) as producing enterprise of financial machine wants to imply BPR in its purchases to cooperate with the implementation of ERR This can realize enhancement of management level and improvement of self-competibility. Furthermore, for meeting the needs of situation, the company purchases need to carry out the relative management reform. Based on theories esp. BPR and ASME, the company makes great improvements through reengineering its original business processes in the main targets such as the whole profit level, personnel quality, management level, and so on. These greatly improve its competition advantage.The paper raised the crucial problems of purchases system. Then, through problems classification, ascertained purchases processes that need to be reengineered. After that, analyzed the problems towards relative processes using ASME method. Referencing BPR idea advanced the thinking of redesigning. Formulated redesign project of purchase processes. At last, contrasted predicted benefit after implying project, based on the ensurement measures of personnel, organizational structure, concept, enterprise information construction, and institution.This thesis is based on a thorough research of Julong. It puts forward a solution by using BPR theory in according with the current situation of company's purchasing and inventory system. In the researching process, I deeply realize that only combining of BPR with the company's practices can coruscate BPR mighty vitality.
