Being an important composition of the state-owned enterprises, the aerospace enterprises have been on the way to change their military utilities into civil ones since the end of 1980's. In the new century, it becomes more and more urgent to step up the reform in the aerospace enterprises so as well to be adapted to the socialism market economic system. Both to whole state-owned enterprises and to aerospace enterprise itself, it is of great realistic and historical significance to try to find a way for the aerospace enterprises to the market successfully.The thesis will analyze the difficulties with which the aerospace enterprises are faced at present. It makes an attempt to find the source of the difficulties after a recall of the history of aerospace. Then based on the modern enterprise system theory and state reform policies, the thesis offers a detailed solution to achieve the general target of the aerospace enterprises, that is "maintaining the military products, giving vigor to the civil products, and stepping into the market".In the first chapter it recalls the history of the state-owned aerospace industry, and analyzes the aerospace enterprises' current difficulties in production and management based on a analysis of a company whose system has been reformed. In the second chapter, a feasible analysis is given to the aerospace enterprises reform. First, a basic structure and basic strategies is offered after the division of military and civil products in aerospace enterprises; second, the problems existing in the process of reform and the solutions are offered, in the mean time, the development strategy plan and its detailed strategic steps have been offered around the above-mentioned basic structure. In the last part of this chapter, the thesisgives all kinds of solutions to the distribution of the plethoric staff members. In the third chapter, it tries to discuss some problems which will appear in the process of the civil product strategy. The first is how to change the management system to strengthen the enterprise. The second is to integrate the resources in the corporation so as to bring into play the advantage of the aerospace integrated corporation. The third is to establish a technical new system to develop enterprise's core competition edge. In the end , it is emphasized that a total change in everyone's thoughts is very important for the aerospace enterprise to get rid of the difficulties in the marketing economy.
