Heze Yongheng Wooden Co., Ltd. is a wooden manufacture privately run enterprise, the company has the right of import and export itself, and the product is exported to Japan and America, the type of the product is: wooden wall-board and floor-board and furniture, the main wood kind is Paulownia. Lately years, owing to slowly increasing Japanese-American economy and material price increasing and product price going down and furniture factories increasing, it make market comparing most fierce. Also because the company lack the person of ability , weak market and new product development, lack all internal management, so it make company enter stymie and the company has serious threat for living and development. At present, the company must carefully analyze internal and external environment and combine own reality situation and make out right strategy and tactics for guiding the company action of product and run.In this article, basing on the modem marketing theories, using the method of integration of theory with practice, all analyses internal and external environment of Yongheng company, sum up the superiority and weak and opportunity and threat of Hengda company, and than, the market and product is fixed position and the export strategy is defined. Finally, a set of practical export sale strategy for Yongheng company is made out, which could be taken as reference by other export wooden product companies.
