Since 1990s private enterprises have turned up and acted as a very important status in Chinese economic system. With the development of the private enterprises, salary management has been the key of them.There are several problems of salary management in private enterprises. For example, they have not paid attention to the process of salary design. They are lack of rational and strategic considerations. They neglect the "internal salary" in salary systems. There is only one "career path" in the private enterprise. They calculate salaries by defective ways. They also can not deal with management range and management radius.This thesis analyzes the modern company's salary design based on the classical theory of salary management. Then this paper searches for the problems and main reasons for private enterprises' salary management. According to these problems and reasons, it tries to make a better design for private enterprises. Finally, a case is analyzed to show how to make salary management for private enterprises. |
