Face to the market in the complex environment, China company are meeting menace that it has not meet it, and the serious deficiency existed in marketing management has already become an important factor of restricting development of China enterprise.This text takes American Ferro(Ningbo) company as an mainly example, through the strategic marketing management of Ferro (Ningbo) Company to arrive the No. 3 place in market occupying in China and explain the generally course and the content of the strategic marketing?management.Around the course and the content of the Strategic marketing management. With the strategic marketing theory as guide, regard analyzing environment as the starting point and the central issue of how raise the competitive power of enterprise. And combine with my opinion as the customer of Ferro(Ningbo) the new market management mode; I have carried on the deep investigations. Adopted the data compare from horizontal compare and history compare and theory inquiring method, make a systematic study the course and content of strategic marketing management from Ferro(Ningbo) company.
