With the development and employment of the network based on internet, there are increasingly intensive changes in the marking competitive rule, style of economic growth and social living style.The city of Qiqihaer, as one of the important bases of marketable grain and livestock husbandry, which marketing model of its agriculture is still original. So its development of agriculture and agricultural products are both constrained by this kind of original marketing model.This article based on the specific environment of Qiqihaer city, also focus on its agricultural marketing conditions and net environment. It analyzes and studies, designs an appropriate agricultural developing scheme for Qiqihaer , from the respects of construction of net-side,'product price, promotion, marketing distribution, advertisement, e-mail marketing, market research strategies. Lastly, it analyses the management, organizing, evaluating and operation risk controlling in the E-marketing, and provide reliable ensure for successful implementing of this scheme.
