Such a big market has always been the focus of many transnational corporations' competition. Accession to WTO and the change of human's idea towards the health give a golden opportunity and new challenge to the Tibet medicine, which is with most features among Chinese National Medicine. After the author has consulted a number of information both at home and abroad and analyzed the characteristics of market and marketing of the medicine industry and the current managing situation of Tibet medicine enterprises, the author found that the backwardness of marketing idea has been the heart of the matter that restrains the development of Tibet Medicine enterprises. The writer has also studied the current strategy environment of the home Tibet medicine enterprises and the successful experience of foreign natural-medicine enterprises. Combining with the author's many-year experience in medicine marketing, the author advanced the marketing strategy idea of Tibet medicine enterprises----green marketing of "modern Tibet medicine".
