| This paper analyzes the present situation and development tendency of international natural medicine industry; it also analyzes the development and export situation, demand and development tendency of domestic and Chongqing's Chinese traditional medicine industry. The research is through plentiful data collecting and field survey work, and it's based on some international trade theories, strategy management theories and some relative marketing theories. And then strategy planning and detailed measures are proposed for enlarging the Chinese traditional medicine export of Chongqing.At first, this paper summarizes the present situation and development tendency of home and abroad Chinese traditional medicine market, with the improvement of living standards, the research and industrialization of natural medicine has become a hotspot, and its market volume is increasing rapidly, thus enlarging the Chinese medicine export of Chongqing is significant; Afterwards it analyzes the industry and export status in quo of home and abroad, and status in quo of Chongqing's Chinese traditional medicine on the basis of absolute advantage theory, comparing advantage theory and lement natural endowment theory, then it points out the comparing advantages concerning resources, products, production and Chinese traditional medicine theories which belong to Chongqing. It also studies the weak points in the process of exploiting international market. On the research of the status in quo of Chongqing's Chinese traditional medicine industry and its export, this paper also analyzes the competitors in existence and potential, substitutable products, suppliers and consumers of Chongqing's Chinese traditional medicine industry aiming at its characteristics. The analysis is based on the five strengths competition model of strategy management theory. This paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat in the process of globalization of Chongqing's Chinese traditional medicine industry on the basis of SWOT analyzing method. And then the strategy planning and detailed measures for enlarging export are proposed based on 4Ps theory of marketing theory and scale economy theory of international trade theory. The strategy planning is composed of modernization, industrialization and scale. The detailed measures include 15 items.From the studying of this paper, I hope it can supply some useful advice for boosting Chongqing's Chinese traditional medicine industry and it's export, and help make Chinese traditional medicine industry become main export industry of Chongqing. |
