Wto Dispute Settlement Mechanism For The Value Of Research

To study the law from the point of its value is an a-ncient research method, but to make a research of DSB of WTO in this way is a totally bravery.The article points out and demonstrates the values of DSB of WTO, taking the bas-ical method of the value research as a tool and taking W-TO regulations as material.Starting from the concept of v-alue of DSB of WTO as the logical beginning of the article, the article discusses legal procedure nature,transillumin-ation and review of the value of DSB of WTO, the accordance and conflict among the values of DSB of WTO and coordina-tion of the conflict.The first part: The defintion of DSB of WIO.After analyz-ing the argument of the nature of GATT1947 regulations, t-he final judgement on the nature of GATT1947 regulations f-rom Uruguay Round,the legal nature of WTO regulations,t-he nature of procedure law of Understanding on Rules a-nd Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes,defini-tion of procedure,The article points out the DSB of WTO as 1-egal procedure.The second part: The transillumination and review.Af-ter the concretely anayzing the happening of the proced-ure value,value, legal value and legal procedure valued-he article points out that the value of DSB of WTO contains the inside value and outside value.The third part: The accordance and conflict of values of DSB of WTO. The part discusses the accordance and confl-ict among inside values, among outside values, among in-side values and outside values.The forth part: The coordianation of values of DSBof WTO.The DSB of WTO constructs the framework of value w-ith inside value and outside value;inside value contains the procedure freedom,procedure justice and procedure gains; out side value contains the chief values (order an-d material justice) and the secondary value (settlement of dispute), anymore order and material justice is the c-hief value of the whole framework.
