| Since reforming and opening up to the outside world, Zhejiang keeps its fast developing speed in export business in recent years. The export increasing speed of Zhejiang province is always higher than whole nation's average level of the same time. Especially, private enterprises in this province have developed extraordinary fast in this line, and their increasing speed has also greatly exceeded the state-owned or foreign funds owned enterprises, becoming the most dazzling point in the export business of Zhejiang province.Why export business of private enterprises in Zhejiang province can develop so fast? What problems are still existing in the process of development? How to standardize the development to a healthy direction? This paper has carried out deeply discussion about these problems from six parts totally:The first part is leadin, dissertating the purpose and meaning of selecting this theme, giving out the research approaches and innovation.The second part is analysis of the present situation and reasons why export business in private enterprises of Zhejiang province can develop so fast. The first point is ab'out the present situation of export business hi Zhejiang, explaining its high speed development with sufficient datum; then analyzing its high developing reasons like characteristics owned by private enterprises themselves and external environment.The third part discusses about the problems exist in the enlargement of export business in private enterprises of Zhejiang province. First point is about the problems that private enterprises meet in self-development, including structural conflict of their products, non-standard management, lack of talent and experience in the field of foreign trade, low technical content in products, and hardness to get needed information etc. Many private enterprises adopt the behavior of pursuing benefit of short period as export with low price, serve with shoddy tort and so on, all those may disturb the export market and lash the normal trading order. The last one is the restriction factor of external operation environment. As the entrance threshold of foreign trade field is high, resonance like professional association does not play a deserved role, the export encouragement policy of government is unsuitable, the land resource has become increasingly intense, and problems still exist in formulating and implementing of partial laws and regulations.The fourth part is about self-improvement of private enterprises. They should strengthen their business management and encourage management creation; carry out technical upgrading through product innovation and enlargement of product diversity. Kindred private enterprises can grow up into great modern enterprises that are reasonably organized, clearing divided and scientifically managed through system innovation. Thereafter they could raise the international competition of their products and enterprises themselves.The fifth part is about the corresponding measures that government and related organizations should adopt. The government should make strategic programs to raisethe export competition of private enterprises in Zhejiang province, and give them necessary guidance. The government should also actively cultivate some guilds, Chambers of Commerce and intermediary service organizations for export business. Then enhance the construction of service system vigorously, offering necessary information, financial support for private enterprises, carry out talent training; and complete the formulation and complementation of laws, regulations and policies.The last part is case study. Three representative enterprises were chosen out for analysis, analyzing the present situation of their development in foreign trade and existing problems, discussing the resolving method of the problems. This paper wants to make it use for reference for other private enterprises, and to help the private enterprises in Zhejiang province develop their foreign trade smoothly and healthy. |
