Variation Of Financing Of Private Manufacturing Enterprises With The Evolution Of The Corporate Life Cycle: Based On The Analysis Of The Sample Of Private Manufacturing Enterprises In Cixi City, Zhejiang Province

Private enterprise is an important power in national economies;it will play an increasingly important role with the consummating of our market economic system. Currently,the most vital matter of private enterprise is the difficulty of financing,which has become the bottleneck factor of the growth of private enterprises.This dissertation analyzed characteristic of various financing channels and obstacles in different growth stages according to the enterprise life cycle theory,discussed the metabolic disciplinarians of capital requirement,financing actions and financing obstacles which changing with the different growth stages of private manufacturing enterprises,probed into mutual connections of financing channels and handicaps of bank loans,explained the movement of these rules with information dissymmetry and scale discrimination. The dissertation was divided into four parts:The first one illustrated the backgrounds and value of the research and the studying methods;The second part chose research model after the literatures reviewing of financing theories and enterprise life cycle theories;The third part advanced hypothesizes and tested them with statistical measure of sample enterprises,explored the evolution of financing characteristics of different growth stages of private manufacturing enterprise in life cycle;Finally,we lodged conceits and advices for resolving financing issues to enterprise and the government.
