Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Institution Financial Management System Study

After several years of reformation on senior education system, overall, it is also a concentrated management system. Thias kind of system has seriously hamperred the creativity and competitiveness fo each university. It is right time to make the reforming, in order to adapt to the WTO regulation and to promote the education's quality.At the recent years, with the globalization on education, the education market si becoming larger and larger. The senior education is walking into a new stage -the Sino-Foreign Corporative Education.In our country, the Sino-Foreign Corporative Education, has a ten years of development period. And with the promulgation of Sino-Foreign Corporative Education regulation and the enactment of other relevent laws, the Sino-Foreign Corporative Education sections are going along with the normative ways. But faster the Sino-Foreign Corporative Education sections developed, the more touchy problems would be appeared. So we must establish a fitful finacial management system for the Sino-Foreign Corporative Education section.According to the Sino-Foreign Corporative Education regulation, Sinior School Financial System and other relevent laws, I tried my best to design a Sino-Foreign Corporative Education Finacial Management System, and also made some explanation in it. I hope that it could be useful to the process of Sino-Foreign Corporative Education sections.
