The employment problem is an investigative and important lesson in economics research, the studies on employment problem have very important meaning in theories and the reality.First, see from macroscopic level, in the three greatest targets of the macroscopic economic policy --well took up employment, low inflation and high speed increase, employment problem first hit; Saying from tiny view level, taking up employment and everybody's economic living vitally related. As a result, interest in the research of the employment problem drew on numerous economists, the employment problem is a theory problem that makes people the concern. The next in order, as the big country in population, China is facing the rigorous employment situation now: On the one hand, add to labor the age population annually over 10,000,000, make the labor force supply the increment; On the other hand, because the industrial structure adjusts, the village labor force need decreases, about 1.5-2 hundred million village surplus labor force demands transfer to the non-agriculture realm, at the same time, because the economic construction transforms, labor force need in the city is in the descent too, the city exists large quantity of unemployed population. Therefore, the employment problem becomes an important problem that the economy development must face to in the new period, the research of the trend of the employment problem in China, the formation reason and solution even has the important and realistic meaning. Before the reform and the opening to the world, because theplanned economy was carried out, the labor force installment was dispensed by administration, the law of value had no effect, the employment of the worker be contracted for by government, as a result, there were not the independent employment theories. In the early period of reforming and opening, because the economic system reform bring big relieve of the productivity, the labor force resources gets the good exploitation, the employment problem is not so serious, but after the 90's period, reform along with the economic system, economic structural transformation, take up employment the problem highlight, and more and more serious. So cause the economic value, to this of the research increases gradually. There are three major types: Population academic theory inside research concerns employment, the statistics learns inside concerning the research that jobless rate statistics, labor economics inside research concerning labor force market problem. But in writing an article for seeing, the qualitative analysis is important, the opposite less of the quantitative analysis; At the same time, some articles of the proceeding quantitative analysis also exists some problem, particularly for some misapplication the econometrics method, make some research apparently so but actually not. This text tries to proceed quantity analysis on the employment problem in China, study the trend of employment problem, the formation reason of the problem and path etc. problem of the solutions proceed the study, combining from get a some meaningful conclusion inside.Textual research method and total way of thinking:The research method of the modern economics has two kinds, the empirical research method and the norm research method. The empirical research method gets around the value judgment, just announcing to public the widespread contact between economic realistic inside composing factor and each factor, inducing to generalize phenomenal innate character and its movement regulations; The norm research method regard value judgment as the foundation, explaining economic phenomenon and its movement should be what of problem.
