For the first time, Mr. Taylor, the Father of Scientific Management, brought forward the training theory in his " The Principles of Scientific Management" in 1911. After that, many kinds of training theories have come into being and been used in practice successively. Especially in this knowledge-based economy, more and more enterprises realize that the human resource is the most important weapon in this high developed and completive world.Staffing training in developed countries' enterprises is already and gradually perfect. But in our country, staff training is not so good. Enterprises in our country is devoid of training because of the lacking of governmental supports, the wrong realizations of enterprises' leaders, the lacking of restrictions of external conditions such as training culture, as well as the scarcity of training operations. To improve the present condition, we must do many things. Leaders and employee in enterprises should change the wrong ideas to perfect training management institution and innovate staff training mechanism in order to perfect the training system. Meanwhile, governmental management for better training such as perfecting legislations, strengthening to execute laws and standardizing training markets should be increased.Based on training theory, such as analyzing and evaluating training theory, crew training theory and education in whole life training theory, this thesis studies the training problem in our country and puts forward suggestion. This thesis consists of four parts. Chapter One talks on the training theory. Chapter Two illuminates the status quo of training and analyses existing questions. Chapter Three gives us the countermeasures to improve the training work in enterprises. Chapter Four is about the developing trend of training in enterprises.
