Distribution According To Contribution In The Knowledge Economy Theory And Its Applied Research,

The distribution of income by factors' contribution is a special mode of distribution in knowledge economy, which suggests that every factor of production (esp. human capital) should be paid by the actual contribution to social fortune, and denies the traditional ideas that industrial capital should monopolize the net income of firms. Since it has not been long for human being to enter the era of knowledge economy, there is little practice of the distribution by contribution.This results in the incomplete study of the theory of the distribution by contribution.However.the further development of knowledge economy needs a complete theory to direct actual distribution.This paper attempts to establish a theory of the distribution by contribution.lt arranges the structure of the whole theory following the operation procedure of the distribution by contribution.First,it discusses the concept of the distribution by contribution.Then,it searches for a way to measure the rate of key factors' contribution.Finally,it analyzes the optimal problems of the mode of the distribuion by contribution.All together, this paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter articulates the formation and development of knowledge economy. The second chapter defines the connotation and denotation of the distribution by contribution and sets out the close relation between knowledge economy and the distribution by contribution. The third chapter establishes some models to measure the rate of contribution between industrial capital and human capital.The forth chapter analyzes the way to optimize the mode of the distribution by contribution. The fifth chapter analyzes the application problems of the distribution by contribution in China and gives some suggestions to overcome these problems.During the course of the construction of the theory, this paper uses many study methods such as models, cases and data analyses, and makes some innovations in some aspects. Because the theory of the distribution by contribution is a new field, there are few references. Under such circumstances, this paper cannot avoid some imperfections. And so, it needs to be analyzed by expects for revision.
