| The forming of authoritative relation among the inside enterprise members are determined by the relative losses if there is a possible failure in the enterprise management. The losses of enterprise members include suck cost. The suck costs of capital and human capital change with the different economic conditions. In the industry economy, the authoritative relation of enterprise is owned by the material capital owner, as the suck costs of human capital could be neglected and the suck costs of material capital can exist. Under era of knowledge-driven economy condition, the suck costs of human capital couldn't be neglected, and the suck costs of material capital is reducing and being transformed, the authoritative relation of enterprise should be from owned by the owner of material capital to owned by the owner of human capital. By analyzing of changing of authoritative relation of stated-owned enterprises and putting forwards some advice to change from authoritative relation of enterprise at present to authoritative relation of enterprise in the knowledge economy. |
