| Under the conditions of keen competition and technology' s rapid development, customer's satisfaction and time competition are the main means by which enterprises succeed in the market and in holding customers. Facing the constant change of customer' s demand, the quick development of technology and the pressure coming from competitors, companies must perfect their production system, and quickly respond to the change of market so that enhance their ability to suit the change of market, and hold their dominant position.This paper researched ShiQi spinning production system. The company' s manufacture process, production ability, product flow, equipment management and quality management were carefully analyzed through product flow and information flow. In this paper, all sorts of questions in the company and the reason were conscientiously researched.Based on the analysis, this paper utilized the theory of systems engineering and operational research' s method and principle of quality stasitics, and absorbed the advanced management technology of lean production and agility-oriented production, and solved all kinds of questions of company one by one. In the mean time, this paper put forward concrete program improvement.During reseaching, quantitative analysis and quantitative calculation were used to reseach theory and analyze questions. The train of thought was distinct and can be operated easily. |
