With the deep evolution of reform, opening policy and the successful entry of WTO, our national economical system has been transferred from plan oriented to market oriented successfully. Under the market oriented economics, to meet the demand of market and follow the change of market is the significant characteristic for the survival and development of enterprise. One of the most important problems faced by enterprise is how to meet the demand of market and offer the products to the prospective market. However, some of the enterprises, especially the stated-owned enterprise still organize their production according to the mode of planning economics so that the reaction speed of the enterprises is too low to catch the market development. Without the scientific, efficient production process and production recourse cannot be assigned efficiently, the enterprise is in the passive position consequently. Therefore, the subject of how to adjust the enterprise's process of production management and its reassigning of production resource in order to make it fit the change of market demand according to the market oriented system is more significant to enterprise for its survival and development.The article is about reassigning the production resources of the enterprise according to its current situation by the method of reducing employee to increase efficiency, resigning resources and optimizing system. Strengthening the enterprise's production management by researching the reasonable production resources distribution is how to find a marketing demanded product when the enterprises transfers from planned economics to market oriented market and make product be prominent in the new market economics. First of all, The article introduces the basic knowledge about the production management theory in brief; then it makes the analysis of the external environment ofDCW Group; next it followed by the analysis of the current situation of DCW Group and present problems; finally, the production management of DCW Group has been strengthened so that the enterprises is more efficient, flexible and able to be prominent in the new market economical environment through optimizing the production recourses, regrouping and laying off employees.
