Sichuan Vinylon Development Strategy

As the reform of the state own enterprises are becoming harder and deepener and SINOPEC became public company through reforming and China is going to entry WTO , SVW is going to face strongest challenges and opportunities. How to develop its self and survive in the competitive market is the critical point we study in this article.The purpose of this article is to find a way to make SVW survive and develop with analyzing the environment of SVW .Analysis method includes analyzing SVW' s resent situation and its production, sales and research of PVA and chemical fiber and analyzing international and domestic market. It also applies the theory of contemporary management according to the special situation of SINOPEC.This article includes four chapters. Chapter one descripts the reason we study this problem and the base of the theory. Chapter two mainly analyzes the environment of the enterprise. Chapter three is about the strategy of SVW.Chapter four studies how to manage and implement the strategy.
