On The Thought Of Jiang Zemin's Scientific And Technological Innovation

Jiang Zemin' s Thoughts System about Science and Technology (JTSST) is a new perspective in academics, while Jiang Zemin' s Innovation Thoughts System about Science and Technology(JITSST) is the core of JTSST. To study JITSST will benefit to understand completely and grasp accurately its spirit and essence, to direct our practices more consciously. This paper analyzes the forming and developing stages, the structure and main points of JITSST, demonstrates three stages of forming and developing and its main content in different stages. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes systematically JITSST by both theoretical exploration and practical exploration, points out theoretical features and practices of JITSST by analyzing our developing strategies of science and technology such as driving homeland strong by science and education, making high-tech industrialization and building up national innovation system.
