Their personal quality has been improved greatly, but there is also a gap compared with foreign entrepreneurs. Undoubtedly, this is a barrier to cultivating excellent representatives of entrepreneurs in private enterprises, to developing theprivate economy and to taking part in international competition. Therefore, the analysis of the outer surroundings and inner quality of entrepreneurs in private enterprises of our country is very important. This is of much practical significance to cultivate a lot of excellent entrepreneurs, to take part in international competition and improve international competition.This article introduces the theories related to entrepreneurs and the growth of them as well as the developing course of private enterprises and entrepreneurs in private enterprises of our country and analyses the reasons that entrepreneurs in private enterprises succeed and failed.
