Daqing Oilfield Company Limited Internal Control Framework And Operation Research

The frame of the internal control system is a necessary part of a company' systems. The internal systems of Daqing oilfield company, a listed company of overseas, are beyond traditional error correction and inspection, but involve all parts of management of the company. This dissertation is intended to analyze the present organizational structure and internal systems in order to find out some critical problems, such as dependent board of directors, too many administrative levels and blur function of departments. These problems will be tried to be resolved by applying the methods of control circumstances and control activitis.This dissertation will focuses on internal accounting control systems and comprises of three parts. The first one analyses the background of the frame of the internal control system; the second one brings forth the existed problems of the company; the third one designs effective internal control system frame of Daqing oilfield company.
