Abstract/Summary:
In most organizations, the employee's salary has occupied over one-third of all expenditures. The importance and complexity of managing the investment increases synchronously, too. Many problems that the enterprise must resolve, for example, how to establish a good relation between the accumulation of profit of enterprise himself and the distribution among employees, how to reward the employees who contribute for the enterprise objectively, impartially and reasonably, which both benefit the development of the enterprise, also attract, remain and stimulate the talents.In this paper, the first part analyzes the current salary aspect of the enterprise from four aspects about economy, competition, stimulation and legitimacy, points out the insufficiency, and puts forward the main goal of the new scheme. The second part is about the post fixed price and the designation of the post salary on the basis of the post valuation and the salary investigation. The third part is about the purpose of designation of reward, kinds of reward and influence factors. The last part of the paper summarizes the above content, and gives a scheme for salary management.In a word, the salary management is not only simply giving money to employees, but also looking for the base of distribution. Therefore, a proper salary system will strengthen competition ability of the enterprise.
