The thesis,about thirty-five thousand words, is divided into five parts.Part One:The conception and character . In this part ,the author brings forward his unique viewpoint after analysing the different conceptions and characterof the corporate crime.Part two:The main body .In this part ,the author inquires into the two knotty problems of the corporate crime,which are lefmition,character of the corporate crime,and the essence of the main body of the corporate crime,and come to a believable conclusion.Part three:The criminal liability.In this part ,the author holds that the theoretical foundation of the corporate crime is the theoy of joint and .several liability,and discusses the criminal liability of the corporate member.Part FounThe relation betwen the corporate crime and co--crime.in this chapter,the author thinks that there is the form of co-crime in the corporate crime, and inquires into the differences between the corporate crime and co-crime .Part Five: Research of some up-to-date academic problems. In this chapter,the author emphatically introduces several new issues in the realm of the corporate crime research,and evaluates them.At thesame time,the author brings forward some legislative advises.
