The thesis, about thirty-three thousand words, is divided into seven chapters.Chapter I: introduce and analyzes the different points of the accusation of the crime of holding a huge amount of property with unidentified sources in theoretic fields. According to the author, the accusation of the crime can be named as: crime of illegal income.Chapter II: introduce and analyzes the different points of the object of the crime of holding a huge amount of property with unidentified sources in theoretic fields. According to the author, it's better that the object of the crime should be the normal action of the judicial organ.Chapter III: introduce and analyzes the character of the objective act of the crime. According to the author, the character of the objective act of the crime should be composite act including active & negative forms.Chapter IV: introduce and analyzes the character of the subjective aspects Of the crime. According to the author, it is the double fault that is in the subjective aspects of the crime, namely, direct intention of obtaining illegally a mint of property & direct intention of refusing to describe the sources of the mint of property.Chapter V: illustrate the matter of the complicity of the crime.Chapter VI: According to the author, the burden of proof is not inverted. It still and only needs the judicial organ (the people's procuratorate) to assume the burden of proof.Chapter VII: a comparative analysis of the characters between the crime of holding a huge amount of property with unidentified sources and the similar crimes of the criminal laws in some other countries.
