Since some traditional industries begin to decline with the growth of economy, industrial transformation has become the inevitable choice. One target of the industrial transformation is the sustainable development of economy, and the incremental conversion of value. Thus, the successful value conversion during industrial transformation process, become one criterion for industrial transformation. How to evaluate the incremental conversion of value is a necessary content in the industrial transformation studies. The actual studies of industrial transformation have not covered the value conversion problem, although some industrial transformation cases have been carried out in some countries.Beginning with the theories of industrial transformation, this thesis firstly gives its definition, and explains the necessity of industrial transformation from two aspects: the dynamic developing process of industries and industry life cycle. Based on the analysis of its mechanism, this thesis also discusses the modes of industrial transformation, and introduces industrial ecology into its process as well. Then the object of value conversion in industrial transformation is put forward, and the factors and modes of value conversion have also been analyzed.Several economic models has been introduced and compared with each other. The value conversion model in industrial transformation is designed by introducing the ecology factor, with the Optimal Growth in a Two-sector Model as reference. And finally, the policy suggestions for industrial transformation are advanced, which are mainly focused on three aspects: capital, human resources, and ecology. |
