| The development strategy of military personnel is an crucial comprehensive plan for our army in the new century, and it is the fundamental strategy to strive for the military commanding elevation of future war. Through the review of the origin and influence of the development strategy of military personnel, this thesis clarifies the theoretical foundation, environmental evidence and reality evidence for the formulation of the development strategy of military personnel. Through the analysis of the current situation of our military personnel's training, this thesis puts forward six contradictions facing the improvement of our military officers' quality. Through the analysis of drawbacks in the traditional military education of our army, this thesis raises the conception of transition model of our military personnel's nurture target and their quality structure. It also proposesseven strategic policies concerning the transition of the new way for the training of our military personnel. |
