Information To Promote The Development Path Of Innovation In The Trend Of Industrialization: Century

This paper explores informationization and industrialization in China' s development from a creative perspective. The study combines the industrialized practice in China with theories and experiences of western development after the British industry revolution. Finally it arrives on the conclusion that the only way for China to develop is to promote the industrialization with informationization as a solution to the conflicts and problems in the present industrialization. It is also the ultimate choice for Chinese industrialization to follow the global trend in informationization, and a inheritance and creation in the typical western and domestic industrialized practice. This conclusion is built on structuralism and Endogenous growth theory. In the present paper empirical proof and detailed analysis are presented to illustrate the microscopic mechanism of promoting the industrialization with informationization. The practical suggestions are given to help solve the problems. The author applies the static analysis as well as the dynamic analysis methods in the light of materialistic dialectic, combining the deduction with induction and carrying out the case study and quantitative (statistical data, graphs and models) research in this field.The paper consists of six parts. At the very beginning it introduces the significance, study methods and structure of the paper, bringing forth the state of the art research in this field. In the first part it presents what opportunities this informationization trend brings to the developing countries. The second part starts with a brief introduction of the basic development theories in those newly-rising developed countries and the typical industrialized practice in other countries. In doing so it offers the theoretical and practical basis to the study in Chinese development. On one hand, it provides a frame of reference and evaluative standard for understanding the common rules in industrialized development and theory innovation. On the other hand, it accepts the useful and discards the useless, laying down a foundation for the innovation. The third part explores the theory that it is the sole way to promote the industrialization with informationization to solve the born problems in industrialized process. And it is also an innovative theory built on the typical western and domestic development. The technology development, which is featured in information technology advancement, not only optimizes the economy structure but also serves as resources promoting the economy growth. This can be seen as theoretical foundation for promoting the industrialization with informationization. In addition, the paper analyses the microscopic mechanism of promoting the industrialization with informationization in the perspectives of theory and empirical proof. The following part explains the planning and strategies in applying such an idea in the practice. And the paper ends in the conclusive part.
