In the background of globalization and informationization,Fijian Province, an pinched resource and narrow market hinterland, advanced the stratagem of development of the economic region in the western bank of the Strait of Taiwan. That how to upgrade the competition power of the economic region in the western bank of the Strait of Taiwan lies in its own competition power of industry, especially in the second industry.
