Therefore, the usage and management of this money have produced with certain law styles. Since ancient time, the punishment to the embezzlement criminal has been set in laws.This paper puts embezzlement as its main theme and analyses the concept and constitutions of the embezzlement crime by using historic, comparative, and law ways. It especially explores such issues as the object of the embezzlement crime, used by individual and not returned, and the transform of the bribe crime as well as the accomplice from the practical, not theoretical analysis, and it also puts out some advices of making the legislation perfect.
