Tunhe Polyester Project Management

Firstly, this article give an introduction about the conception and peculiarity of the project. Also It described the strategic significance of the project which is resolved by this kind of peculiarity. The article illustrates the fundamental theory and content of project management. With the development of modern technique , the project management is forward to a wider field. The article also tells about the new theory and development of modern project management. System analysis is the fundamental thoughts and methods on project, the system analysis for project is the point of departure of carrying out a project. The article also introduced project administration of plane and control.The main idea of this article is to describe the modern project management method and theory that is handled by TUNHE project. It takes further study on project by the conception and the formulation of system goal. Among them, the author put forward his own idea and method on how to fit and control the aims of project. Being connects all process of TUNHE project, the author uses WBS, PERT, VE to better the goal system of project and introduces the method on project controlling. So improving system function and controlling goals is the core of the project management.At the end of the article, the author analyzes the successful experience and weak-points of the TUNHE project. It point out that is a necessary way to better system and control on multilateral asides and it is also proved the validity of this illustrating by the final practice of the TUNHE polyester projects.
