SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. (NCIC) is the national fertilizer birthplace and a very important domestic fertilizer manufacture base of China. Facing a rigorous market situation, it is of critical importance of NCIC to work out its proper marketing strategy. Only by doing so, can NCIC hope to make foil use of its strengths and opportunities while overcome its weaknesses and the fierce competition from other manufacturers in this line.Aiming at the main problems in production, management and marketing NCIC has, and starting from the analysis of external and internal environment NCIC exists in, this article attempts to choose and work out the company's fertilizer marketing strategy as well as the countermeasure and plan of action. All these are well based on the analysis of the company's present and future, the assessment of its strengths and weaknesses, and on the forecast of domestic fertilizer market demand and price.Author's studying on this subject is not only valuable for NCIC to work out its proper marketing strategy, but also valuable to the development of domestic fertilizer manufacturers theoretically and practically.
