| This paper analyzes the changes in internal and external environment of our enterprises. Aiming at such deficiencies as unstandard management, lack of long-range goal etc, it suggests we use the objective management ideology abroad as reference and introduces its application in China. With the personnel objective management pattern in China Great Wall Aluminum Co. as example, it illustrates this pattern is characterized by whole personnel participation, effective plan, thorough authorization, which realizes reasonable criticism of departments and employees. On this basis, it offers some advice on overcoming shortcomings like difficult goal-confirmation, short-period goal etc. and suggests we determine objective system according to the feature of department, emphasize objective theme and realize the management pattern through MIS.Through Computer Information&Subsidiary Decision System for the personnel objective management in China Great Wall Aluminum Co., the author explains in detail the course of designing and developing sub-systems such as compilation of its duty manual, objective assessment, subsidiary decision and data collection and makes an overall evaluation of the system. |
