21st century is characterized by economic globalization. The process of economic globalization influences all the social fields. Under the influence of it , many fields of law construction, such as legislation, executive, jurisdiction and so forth are facing unprecedented challenges. How economic globalization affects the law of china and the improvement of it is the important topic which we should pay more attention to. Entry into WTO and economic globalization bring the enormous chances and significant challenges. From the analysis to chances and challenges which the law of china meets, the thesis drew a conclusion: the rules of WTO are the practical choice for the construction and improvement of Chinese law in the age of economic globalization. But the gap between the construction of the law of china and the rules of WTO still exists. So we need to analyse and understand fully to the rules of WTO, trying to do some modifications and reforms on legislation, executive and jurisdiction to make them adjust to the economic globalization and become effective support on system for socialist economic construction.
