| As the turnover of century coming, we are entering into a new epoch. The Central Government puts forward and carries out the strategy of adjusting the national economic construction and developing Western China .How to catch this historical opportunity to speed up the pace of tourism industry, how to develop the related industry, and how to transform tourism resources superiority to industry superiority to realize poverty elimination in Western Hunan is the main topic this paper discusses.At first, this paper, combining with the practice of the development of tourism in Western Hunan, analyzes the present condition and future trend of our country's tourism development, the necessity of developing tourism in Western Hunan, and the opportunities and existing problems, points out sustainable tourism should be developed .In the second, this paper also points out the strategic aim and overall planning of Western Hunan tourism development from "five-tenth" period to 2010.finally, according to that strategic aim and design, this paper, both in theory and practice, gives a comprehensive and through exploring and analysis on the developing of tourism resources and product, on the tourism facilities building, tourism marketing and form complete service set system, tourism operation and trade management, sustainable tourism and a series of related problems on tourism development strategy. |
