Foreign Direct Investment And China's Industrial Structure Changes In The Impact Study

With the Reform and Opening to the outside world, China utilizes foreign direct investment positively. Considering our national conditions, we should study the other countries1 effective experiences and take advantage of our resources, labor and market. Utilizing foreign investment has promoted China's export-oriented economy development. Meanwhile, We should realize that there are also some problems to be settled urgently, such as paying attention only to investment quantity not to its quality. Through discussing about China's utilizing FDI conditions from 1978 to nowadays, this article wishes to find out how the FDI affected China's industrial structure and its influence.
