Corporate Entrepreneurship And Company Performance Relationship

More and more researches have proved that entrepreneurship is the most important impetus of promoting enterprise development and economy development for a country. From microcosmic point of view, this paper mainly focuses on how to foster the Middle and Large-sized corporate entrepreneurship by implementing some effective measures, so as to improve the corporate business performance. Firstly, this paper does a thorough research on the academic research production in the world and the successful experience of innovation and venturing in international famous companies. Secondly, on the base of the concrete circumstance of Chinese enterprises, this paper provides a hypothetic system model of influencing fostering of corporate entrepreneurship (including system of corporate director board and management level, the character and talent of entrepreneur, corporate entrepreneurial strategy management and corporate circumstance), and designs the evaluation index of corporate entrepreneurship and corporate performance, then does a n empirical research on the relativity between different factors which influence fostering corporate entrepreneurship, and the relativity between corporate entrepreneurship and corporate business performance. Lastly, this paper provides a system model for improvement of fostering corporate entrepreneurship to enhance corporate business performance.
